HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to exchange or return and item please complete the exchange/return form located at below and return it with the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns & exchanges must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for an exchanged to be honored. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

• Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on Thongs, G-strings, Teddies & Pasties due to health regulations. These items are final sale
• Clearance items are NON-Returnable and are final sale
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Size exchanges are accepted within 20 days of receipt of the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only.
• On all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for all return charges and will be charged the associated fees to ship out any replacements. This also includes undeliverable or refused packages on original orders or exchanges and returns.
• The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging with no signs of wear, and include all accessories & pieces with the original tags in place. The items must be returned in the original box the order was received in.
• Allure Lingerie Inc. is not responsible for any lost returned packages
• We offer our Customer's a 14-day money-back refund on Allure Lingerie items (excluding opened or used Products, Thongs, Teddies G-strings & Pasties). The item needs to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for this 14-day money back to be honored
• Manufacture defect: Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Any defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order
