The Allure Lingerie accepts orders online 24 hrs a day by simply adding items to your shopping cart. We accept both VISA & MASTERCARD and your credit card transaction is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit, and will not be shared with any other service or source.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all order 85$ and above that are shipping to the US or Canada.

Backorders

We hold a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In the unfortunate event that we are sold out of an item, we will notify you immediately. Your available items are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and any out of stock items will be refunded at the time of shipment unless you request an exchange for a different product. For your convenience, we do not keep items on backorder so that you may use your refund per your own discretion.

Shipping Method

We use UPS delivery services to ship your packages. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping outside of the US and Canada is considered International Shipping. Please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We also do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Australia.

Address Correction Charges & Undeliverable/Returned Packages

Please ensure your address is complete and properly submitted when placing an order with Allure Lingerie. If your delivery address has a suite #, apt. #, floor # or any other additional information that will help with the delivery process please make sure to include this when submitting your order. 

If additional information is required in order to deliver your package, and that information was not provided on your original order, or if the delivery address is changed in order to make the delivery there will be a charge to you of $11 which will be processed /charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.

If your package is refused or returned due to being undeliverable for any reason, there will be a return freight charge to you (which will be the same cost as the original freight charge on your original order) plus a $5 restocking fee. These fees will be processed / charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.

Residential packages are left at the recipient’s door as no signature is required for residential deliveries. Allure Lingerie is not responsible for any lost packages after the delivery has been made.
