Drop Ship Policy

What you need to know

  • No minimum order required.
  • Allure Lingerie will drop ship your order anywhere within the USA.
  • The drop ship fee is $5.00.
  • You pay for the merchandise and the actual shipping cost.

When we drop ship we do the following:

  • We do not include the prices you paid for the merchandise.
  • We do not include any promotional items in the shipment unless it’s yours.
  • We automatically send you a UPS or USPS notification with the tracking #.
  • We will not accept returns on USED
  • Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customer’s protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
  • We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
  • Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchaser’s expense.

We do these for the following reasons:

  • Your customer stays your customer.
  • Your customer will never know what you paid for our quality merchandise.
  • You know when the order has been shipped to your customer.
  • You know your customer is getting NEW merchandise, NOT previously worn items.

Drop Ship Cancelations:

  • If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours.


  • Exchanges are only accepted for manufacture defect or size exchange for the same item within 10 days of delivery, if after that time frame, the return must be dealt between you and your customer directly. Replacements will be sent as we do not process credit returns
  • Allure will not accept packages without an authorized RMA#.
  • When a package is returned with a proper RMA authorization # for an exchange there will be a drop ship charge of $5 for the reshipped item.

  • Due to the reduced rates from our courier, Allure Lingerie does “NOT GUARANTEE” delivery dates on express packages.
  • Please note that 99% of the time express packages do make it however in the rare case it does not you will still be charged the freight cost, as there are no refunds on freight charges.
  • If the package is refused by an end consumer for any reason, the ship freight, return freight & or reship freight will be charged to you.
  • There will also be a $5 restocking fee for any undeliverable returns, delivery refusals and unassigned returned packages.
  • It may help to post a similar message on your site for your end consumer.
  • Allure does not ship to P.O. Box’s or Military bases and only drop ships within the USA.
  • If the delivery address is residential, UPS& USPS can leave the package at the customer’s door without requiring a signature. In most cases a signature is required for business delivery addresses. If you prefer a signature request service please advise when placing your order as there is a fee for this service.
  • If you require an address to be changed or corrected and it has already been shipped or if there is missing information to the address that UPS needs to obtain in order to deliver the package, there will be a charge processed through the credit card you have on file with Allure Lingerie..(Please check with an Allure Lingerie representative for cost details). Only Allure Lingerie has the right to contact UPS for address changes, cancelations or corrections when shipping on our UPS account, also we cannot guarantee this service. We cannot make changes to an address or stop a package if shipped with USPS.


Allure items should be sold for retail costs, at least double the wholesale cost, on websites as well as E-bay or Amazon sellers.
